David started Kincaid Law PLLC to provide personalized, one-on-one legal services in estate planning, real estate, business and corporate formation, and timeshare law. Through careful attention to detail and clear, straightforward guidance, he helps clients navigate complex legal issues with confidence and peace of mind, while thoughtfully addressing their individual needs in a practical and cost-effective manner.

In his free time, David enjoys mountain biking and skiing in the beautiful Cascade Mountains. He is currently recording a Ghibli-inspired jazz album on his concert grand piano.
